Biography
Denyse is currently the CEO & Founder of the Canadian Association of Ambulatory Care, Canada’s first not-for-profit organization established for professionals working in various ambulatory care areas. Her academic background includes a Bachelor degree in Health Administration with honors from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada and a Masters degree in Health Management at McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada. Since 1993 she has had a long and successful career in healthcare working in different clinical areas including Critical Care Nursing, Patient Advocacy, and Patient Care Manager for Ambulatory Care and Peri- Anaesthesia. Denyse is also an Adjunct Lecturer with the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto. In her role she has planned and implemented many new initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. As a leader, she is constantly seeking creative ways to foste dynamic learning environment to promote high quality patient care and continuous quality improvements.

Dr. Amr I.M. Hawal has his expertise in evaluation and passion in improving the health and wellbeing. His open and contextual evaluation model based on responsive constructivists creates new pathways for improving health care specially in Neonatology field. He has built this model after years of experience in research, evaluation, teaching and administration both in hospital and education institutions. Our case presentation was done in one of the biggest & modern of art & advanced NICU based on tertiary generation level in the region (Latifa Hospital, DHA, Dubai, UAE).

Dr.Shady Saleem is currently working as President of Arabic Society of Fetal Medicine and Surgery.Fellow of Fetal Medicine at Fetal Medicine Unit, Cairo University from 2011 tell now . his academic background includes Consultant of Obs. & Gyn. at Ministry of Health Hospitals , Lecturer at Cairo University and Lecturer at Banha University. He Participated and organized many ultrasound and fetal medicine courses as a trainer at Egyptian medical syndicate and Fetal Medicine Unit, Cairo University. Instructor for many courses at Arabic Society of Fetal Medicine and Surgery as Fetal abnormalities course, 3D and 4D in Obs. & Gyn. course, Fetal Echocardiography course and IVF course.

Biography
Narjes Shiraghaei Kootenaei is a freelance speaker and trainer and head of Mazandaran Midwifery association, IRAN since 2015. Her work is based on “Evidence Based Midwifery†and her book ""Is it safe in pregnancy?"" is the first in the field in Persian language, has been praised both by midwives and moms. For her, sex education and family planning are two pillars of a healthy society and although in Iran both topics are sensitive and in most cases forbidden, she managed to start and successfully continue her informative and frontier workshops on these topics for the last 5 years. It's never been easy, neither the government nor the society in general is keen to openly talk about these issues. She didn't stop on teaching the midwives and colleagues on these topics. She managed to convenience school's deans and parents of teenagers to agree to sex education and since 5 years ago she regularly has sexual health workshops at 5 schools. Also she has a strong presence on online platforms especially on Telegram (the leading social media platform in Iran) for sex education.
